I’ll show you my favorite bundt cake! Namely a vanilla bundt cake! Incredibly juicy, incredibly delicious and you can always eat it – at least that’s how we handle it at the house of Sansanrebecca 🙂
What you need for your vanilla cake:
- 100 g of soft butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 pkg of vanilla sugar (or homemade vanilla sugar)
- 250 g flour
- 1 pkg. Baking soda or tartar baking powder
- 200 ml of milk
First, the bundt cake form needs to be spread with plenty of butter and a little floured, so that the cake can be better solved from the mold. In addition you still preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Now take the butter and the sugar and mix both together with the vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and stir alternately with the milk under the dough. Then pour the dough into the mold and smooth it with a spatula. Then bake at reduced 120 ° (depending on the oven) for about 45 minutes. Check with the stick sample if it really is baked through. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and tumble lukewarm onto a board and dust with some icing sugar before eating. Relish! 🙂
